Many of the varieties we grow are not available commercially elsewhere and are produced in very limited quantities - sometimes just a few boxes of each variety. Because there is limited quantity, there are bound to be many instances where we cannot supply specific varieties. Usually, we will have other similar or complimentary varieties that will meet special needs. Customers can increase their chances of having the specific varieties they want by purchasing early and carrying the inventory in their refrigeration facilities until needed.
